When you send parts back for replacement how long does it take to hear something. I just don't want to buy another combo if it's only a couple weeks.

At present they are shipping out replacements for busted V2s that were sent in, so it will be at least a few weeks wait. They wont just leave you hangin' though, if thats your concern.

I just received one of my V3's today and they still owe e one more. On the invoice Morgan wrote that the one sent was one fo the last ones of the current batch of repairs and that it would be a couple weeks until they ship more.
Just FYI...

Thank you --- I will need to buy another. I guess everyone should own two or maybe a slash to run till it gets back.

I think right now, anything will take a while. MMMs in particular are going to take some time, since there weren't very many V3s produced and there likely won't be until they get some reliable feedback from their testbed of users. I sent 2 MMs back roughly 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a word about them.

My experience with returns has been good and bad. When they have the product in stock they are very good about getting it back to you in short order. When they dont have it in stock it can take a very long time. I waited over 2 months to get a Mamba Max returned to me.
