i'm looking for a sway bar for my revo conversion and there seem to be 3 the traxxas, tekno, and bluegroove, is there any real difference?
from what i can tell the traxxas and tecno are the same, and bluegroove is very diffrent
or is there another thread that explains all this
i'm looking for eas of use and reliability

thanks

traxxas require modding/drilling of the rockers - tekno doesn't

Tekno goes above rear springs which can cause issues for some layout - traxxas doesn;t

You take your choice.

I have the Traxxas sways on both my E and nitro Revo. Yes, you do have to drill the rear rockers but other than that they are great. I didn't try the Tekno sways (considered them for my nitro Revo) because I did not like how the rears mounted (already a pita to get at the rear shocks as it is) and did not what to have to deal with possible clearance issues with different motors.

Do you have any pics of this? If not, can you describe where it's not fitting? We havn't had any problems with fitting issues with any brushless motor. Here's some pics of a 1512 finned motor, same as a 1515, just a little shorter, which shouldn't matter.

What arms are they on the back of the revo in the pic? They look like the traxxas extended wheel base arms but thicker

I am not sure which arms are shown in the picture but I know Tekno also makes some extended arms for the Revo. And I think thet have a lifetime warranty. I had a set and they worked great.

I had them about a year ago, and as mention below they seem to be discontinued.

Losi 2.0 8ight-E / Losi 2.0 8ight-E/T / jammin SCTRC10 / Slash 4x4 PE
