Mamba monster will not update settings

What do I have to do to get castle on the phone when I call them all I get is a recorded message. I have sent emails in the past but never got a response from a human being just a automated reponse telling you to call them on the phone. WHich all I get is a recording. I have emailed other companies and always got a response. DO they just like to take peoples money and run and hide?
How can I send back this Mamba monster if I don't know where it send it. On the website they talk about sending a check or money order with it..@#%@ that this mamba monster was brand new and it didnt work why should I pay them to fix something they shipped not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
