capacitor to MGM16018. - 11.07.2008, 07:52 AM

I want to add capacitor to MGM16018.
What do you do?
I ask for good advice.

MGM 16018
3s×2p 6s 5200
xt8
1515 2200KV
12/48T

MGM 16018
9s a123 or 8s 4000
MUGGY
1521 1900KV
11/46T

Is low esr capacitors a value of how much?
Are you usable to MGM 16018?
1,500μF 105℃ 0.014ΩMAX. 35v

Question about your signature- you said you run a 16018 on 8s lipo. The 16018 has problems with 6s and runs comfortably on 5s. Are you sure you're not mistyping something?

That's too many volts for the 16018. You need a 9032 or a 16024 to run that high of voltage.

I don't know how much value putting more caps on would be. They are already quite large and the esc runs well, at least my 9032 does upto 10S.

The MGM's only need additional caps if running very long battery wires. But as the others said a 16018 will not do 8s (6s max).

MGM 16024
9s a123 or 8s 4000
MUGGY
1521 1900KV
11/46T

16024 9s a123 very nice

my xt8
I do not want to lower the pinion more than this.
I want to lower the temperature of some ESC.
There are two fans.
Motor and ESC are expensive!
It is already 16018× 2.
16024× 1. I stand.
I bought TEKNO v3 RC8 1515 2.5.
I am not more than enough a fund.

13/48T 70℃ by this run.
MGM USB+ PC max temp
13/48T
now12/48T 60℃ over
Is not there a good method to lower temperature?
I have not used CAP.
I think whether some temperature are lowered and demand advice from all of you.

I have tested it in a123 4s2p.
EOS0610iDUO90% charge.
When the voltage of A123 falls, I am usable in 8s.
However, 16018 A123 is until 7s.
I think that I am broken as run possibility immediately.
Because I am heavy, A123 does not stimulate 2p.
VID 1p.
now xt8 3s2p 5200 lipo.
12/48T
1515 2200KV

Only window 1/3 open now.
I open it fully.
try try try

In the case of 16018.
Does not the capacitor addition come for chilling effect expectation?
