The tray is indeed from an old emaxx chassis. The lipo's I'm using are Neu Energy 2s 5000mah hardcase lipos (x2). They are 137mm long, and fit in the trays perfectly if you stand them on their side. I like the whole modular aspect of these batteries since I can use them is 80% of the r/c's I own. I just had to dremel a little slot on one end give the balance tabs some free space. Here's a pic from my truggy showing the batteries (below). It uses the same tray. * On a side note... I actually noticed Mike just reduced the price on his battery trays. I'm strongly considering getting one, but I don't really have a need for the additional length.



I also finished up the body last night. Same theme as my truggy. Luckily everything fit nice and snug on the first try. Hope you guys approve.
