Need support from Repair department

How long after you receive the package will you send notification that you have it and start processing it?

My package was confirmed delivered Nov 4 1:30PM CST but I haven't receive anything...

I just hope at least I can get confirmation that it is with repair department.

Sent an email to support about this but hope to get CC's response and maybe others base on their experience
