Need help with 1/8 scale E rules

This is it, it would be nice to have a seperate class. the couple of us e guy's where able to run with the nitro's here in Alberta, but next year we will not, if there's not minimum of 8 e vehicles then we don't race.
There will be an open class buggies truggies and MT all together or nothing.
at least if there wasn't enough for an open class we would still get to race...with the nitro's.
This realy %$^& as I only run electric.
