I would think the heli model would stay below 150 no problem, unless you have ridiculous gearing.

It's not too bad, but I do have to gear it up since it's 1100kv. Right now I'm running a 15t pinion and a 44t spur. I'll check the temps the next time I get it running. Although I'm sure it will stay nice and cool w/o a fan right now since it's below 60 degrees here.

hey sower the truck looks nice and clean i really like the box, would you be able to give a part number or link to the box i am looking for one for my mugen thanx

Thanks Scott! Well, I actually just pulled the box off the shelf at my LHS. It was apparently RPM's version of the Associated GT2 reciever box. Ok, I just went to Tower and found it - here's the link:
