hey Lutach, how do you think the new gearing will go, the 48/10 is geared for 43mph and the 46/12 is geared for 53mph. Do you think that will still overload the ESC? Should i start with the 48/10 or 46/12? Oh, and thanks for letting ME be the guinea pig

You have Buggy diffs? I would change them to the Truggy diff first. Hot bodies' are 4.3:1 and Mugen's are 4.6:1. My truggy is geared for 34mph, but it was clocked at 46mph which is the exact MPH with 1" of tire ballooning. If you go with the truggy diffs, you can use the 46/10-12 or the 48/10-12 as well. Now the only way to be sure the ESC won't get over loaded with your monster motor is to try it out.

You can have the honor of testing the Mamba Monster to see if it truly handles anything you throw at it .

I wonder if cc factored this into "anything".
