4 or 8 poles are great for car use due to the torque, as the motors are often used in "not-full-throttle", and therefore the 2 pole motors are not so good as they tend to get hot. the only problem could be with the esc, as 8 poles mean more work for the esc then 2 pole.
but, the flyware's are not as good looking as some of the chinese ones. but they work well.
maybe you ask them.

When Hobbywing mentioned the 8 pole I was a bit surprised, but I told them 4 pole is plenty. I showed the videos I have with 4 and 6 pole motors and they liked it. I was looking at the Flyware a few days ago and they have some nice motors. I really don't know why Hobbywing is having difficulties finding companies in China that will do a motor for them. I have a few sources, but I'm not going to share them
