RIGHT!!!!!!!...DONT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE(TROY OR ANYTHING WHO HAVE OWN THE COMPANY)ME TOO IVE FOR 600$ OF STUFF THAT I NEVER SEE...so last year ive made some purchase from troy...no issue at all but in last few month dont know what happen but the service became to be very POOR,communication is also POOR
