I believe they are Enerland cells.. THere is a write about them in the pre-sales forum, or somewhere like that.
Yes, if you were to buy a new power supply, it will get pricey. I found a used 25amp on my local RC-Tech forum for 25 bucks(just posted that I needed one, and voila'- got a response). It works well so far charging my 5S lipos, and charging my A123's at 9A. Check Radio Shack for a low priced power supply.
