This may not be exactly "on topic" but I will throw it out there anyway...
If you look at all of Mike's parts, you will notice that he machines "RC-Monster" directly onto the part. Fastlane Machine also marks their products with their name. That makes it a lot easier to prove what they did and did not manufacture. It also provides some protection when/if somebody tries to counterfeit their work...because as someone else has mentioned...misrepresentation is a crime.
If Robin/UE starts making more parts, I hope he marks them. That way if somebody were to make counterfeits with "UE" stamped/machined into them, then it would be impossible to give the "

I just didn't know they were fakes" routine...well okay...they might get away with it once.
In all honesty, marking your work just makes good business sense.
