Hyper 8 spring, tire and body options?

anyone have some advice on springs? the factory light blue ones are on there and they are all banged up.

know of a good website with a variety of bodies?

tires, ah yes.. the tires. who has a good set for the street that dont get torn up to easily and same for dirt/grass. around my house is alot of grass but mostly street. on the weekends i will need a decent set for the track or dirt areas i go to.
