Going to trim it and cut the flanges off to give it a more official look.

I also still have to order a new rod end for the front left shock because one snapped. Im thinking that this will work- http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXMYY7&P=Z

I also am in need of ideas on how to mount 3 big 12v 3.6lb PB's.Im thinking steel 90' brakets will work great.

How did you snap a rod end??

What shape are the batteries? you could use some aluminum angle stock for support and straps to keep them from going up and out.

Snapped it on a high landing back in the summer. About a 4ft jump landing on one arm. Thats alot of stress for a 1/5.

Yeah that's one thing I have seen about 5th scales. A nice crash and you have to spend 40-200 dollars to fix it. Even a little piece like you need costs a lot... Part cost is too much for me.

But hey, you gotta pay to play

Thats so true. Thankfully this is built very well and never had any issues with it except for that which is minor.

Ok guys made a dual arm overhang for the plow which will make lifting the plow easier than having it lifted from the stock bar. Im going to bench test it on a 1/18 servo just to see if its that easy to raise/lower.

I also have a pic of my layout as of right now.
