Qustion on Castle/Nue motor sizes and capablities??

Umm castle warranties what exactly for life??? I have a demagged MM5700 combo that was only a couple days out of warranty (6 days to be exact) and the tech told me I was s.o.l. unless I pay for the repair. Then he laughed at my predicament and missing the deadline. I mean I saw the humor as well b/c I dont sweat the small stuff but this was my experience.

Which the repair might be valiant on a monster motor but when its like $20 more for a new motor with new warranty whats the point.
