Does any one have a (3-8 hp max) torque converter they could donate to charity? I can pay shipping

you mean like a centrifugal clutch off a go kart??? I've got one you can have if that's what you're looking for.

No pic. Look at "centrifugal clutches" in northern hydraulics, should be in the same area as the torque converter. You need one or the other, not both. The clutch is a single speed, and the converter variable speed, so you will get much better performance from the converter, well worth the extra money. But I'll give you the clutch for shipping costs............

I under stand that my mini bike can only use one or the other. but what if I wanted a clutch for a go cart?

I should have worded my self differently. how large is it? how teeth?
