Yeah it is a time consuming process, but I saw a demand for an item and wanted to help people out. I didn't really make much if any money but I feel I made a quality product. I had most of them made out of 6061 t6 stock and a very small few (3 sets) made out of 7075 t6 stock. Machining 6061 and 7075 is similiar 7075 is harder and any good machinist will now how they "feel" different.

Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions... I'm more than happy to help. I can get you in touch with a good aluminum house with good stock and prices.
