Need a Wing...hehe

well...the maxx got a new look. The Proline LPR wheels ARE AWESOME!! Really makes the truck handle better!
heres it with new shoes.



I want to mount the Baja 5B wing on it. I was planning on the tekno wing mount, and then mount the baja wing, but there outa stock. Any other mounts available out there?

new era makes a wing mount but i havent tryed it

you could always make an adaptor plate and use any buggy or truggy wing mount

Are those RPM towers ? All the wing mounts are made to go on stock towers, so pretty much any mount you buy you are going to need to fab up a plate or something. I had a Tkkno, New Era and a JConcepts revo wing mount and could make a combo of those parts fit most of the towers ive used lol (stock, UE, New Era, (cough Integy)

Get an ofna lx wing - look at the 10 scale 2008 winner thread...

All you have to do is shorten the cross braces a few mm and it lines up...

Yea, thats what i was afraid of. I guess ill just wait till the Tekno ones are in stock again. Tried ebay and everything but no one has it.

LPR tires are great for racing but they stress truck's suspension quite a lot so not the best idea for bashing

Thanks for the offer!, but im goign to wait for the Tekno wing mount. Then get the Baja wing.

Got the Tekno Mount from Mike and mounteed the HPI 5B Wing & a crowd pleazer body. ENJOY
