Need Lipo Help - 01.20.2009, 03:32 PM

Hi everyone, I just bought two TrueRc 5000mah 3s 15c Lipo batteries. I am using them on my Erevo + MMM 2200kv combo. These are my first Lipo batteries. Do they maintain thier charge during the run, or does the voltage decrease as the run progresses? Thanks!

The voltage will decrease slightly as the run progresses, but not by much. You will feel a big dump at the end right before the voltage cutoff. The discharge is much flatter than nimh, but not as flat as LiFePO4 cells.
