anybody here did or working on a full size ev conversion?
i'm thinking of trying one this spring! probably a motorcyle to start off easy...
any suggestion for the cheapest place to buy parts?


Working on:
Twin CF GorillaMaxx (8S motors on 2x2slipo)
2WD AL. GorillaMaxx (7lbs with batteries)

Yes, there is a guy converting a toyota or nissan pickup. Havent seen an update on it in about 3 months or so.

I actually have looked on an electric vehicle forum. All the projects are really cool and they have tons of info and suggestions.

I looked at a few forums and that diyelectriccar linked to above was probably the most popular one and it had the most information.

hey guys... been a while. anyway, i'm thinking i am going to do a full on jeep conversion. a bike conversion sounds really good too...

i need to find some places to research motors. batteries i'm thinking the new ones by a123. good stuff for the future. hopefully i'll have it done by 2010 =)
