shock oil weights - 01.25.2009, 07:37 PM

OK guys, what's the equivalence between american and metric oil viscosity systems. In other words,if I have a 50 wt silicone shock oil what is it equal to in metric? I.E. 100-1000 etc. and vice-versa. Thanks, Don
