• We take basic measurements (biceps, forearms, chest, stomach and thighs) post results
• We weigh ourselves post results
• Our overall goals We post
• Before and after shoots after being what1, 2 or 3 months?? Post results (PLEASE) have shorts on guys

! But don’t be afraid to show the belly!..
