The CCBEC is a little noisy from tests. I would at least try relocating temporarily to see if that helps. Maybe even use an Rx pack just to see.

If the cogging/stuttering is worse further away, I would suspect radio interference. If range was not an issue, I'd look more at ESC settings. I assume the MM has version 1.2 firmware? That helps a lot. Then, increase start power (helps tickle the motor faster so the ESC can get a good commutation signal), and maybe increase punch control (help rule out low Q battery).

Thanks for your input guys....I think I will try to move the bec a tad first to see what happens, then I will fiddle w/the esc..
