Bud I won"t dare to exeed the 18cells on the 7XL not even whit the 12020.
Atleast i would do this on a 8XL 20 cells and then I think the 12020 Wil be the beter option.

I personally would run the 20 cells on 8xl over 18 on the 7xl as far as controller.

dont forget the rc-monster heat sink/motor clamp so the endbell wont pop off and ruin a $100 motor.

It's on the shopping list along with various other things. I'm waiting to get one of those new blue ones, hopefully they will be availble soon.
