I got the buggy all finished up and everything laid out where it needs to be. I just wished I had more room to mount the esc on the chassis. I am still waiting for the battery to come in the mail and I need to paint the body.
Great looking buggy Chip. Mike does great work, I am always pleased with his stuff, except maybe the battery tray, it gave me some issues at first, but seems ok now, what's left of it anyway I look forward to video of this beast in action.
just a quick question. what gearing are you running. and what batterys are you going to be running.
Thanks.
I am going to try 44/14 for now. I am using a Polyquest 4s5000 mah 25c battery.

Thanks man, I will get some video when I get a little time.
I had a chance to run the buggy today and it drives great. The temps after 10 mins of driving were 110 on the motor, esc was 115, and the battery was 107. I have it gear 44/14.
Can you measure how far the end of the battery tray sits in comparison to the rear a-arm? trying to see how it compares to my current RC Product Designs conversion.
