With one of Mike's bore reducers you could run a Mod1 gear on there (should have gotten a 5mm shaft from the start but you live and learn) and a Revo spur gear. If you strip a Revo spur gear in an ER you've got either mesh or bearing problems.

Yes that is the plan! I got some 32 pitch gears coming and the bore reducer. Thanks for the reply.
