lincpimp, I was just looking through your LST conversion thread and got some great info and ideas of what I'm in for. I have a feeling tomorrow's visit to the LHS is going to be disapointing, they have virtualy nothing for parts instock. That should give me some time to start the tear-down and cleaning. Any suggestions what spur gear I should get?

Seems like 63/24 is a good place to start for gearing. That is what I run. With the stock lst2 tires that will put you in the 40s with the 2200kv motor.
