He's baiting with the poor pictures, looks almost like they were edited. Send an email looking for better pictures like the ad calls out and I expect he will try something.

When I saw this thread about an hour ago I decided to run a search and sure enough I found someone that used my current e-revo auction ad and pictures to post something last night. It only took ebay 5 minutes to pull it down after I reported it but in this case it was a seller with a rating of 8, not high by any means but still surprising they would try something like that.

Hard to believe but I am chasing down the second one today, I didn't realize what a problem this is but it's a pain to see someone try to commit fraud over and over with your legitimate pictures and ads.

Only solution is to put your name/logo/watermark on pictures when posting them on an auction- a pain in the butt, but it will make it impossible for him and other scum to use pictures copied directly from other ebay auctions; thats assuming you use ebay to host the pictures, and dont link directly to your own photobucket etc etc account to host them.

I saw your buggy on eBay and almost sent you a PM about buying.. but I thought you had sold it locally or something because I thought you used the same ebay name as your forum name here.. Didn't the auction show the same hometown that you are from to?

At the bottom of the listing is a "report this item link" inside that link is a choice for "copy of my listing". There are other choices also, but it may help.
