Bummer!
Your balls are most likely in the motor on the magnet?

I don't know what is holding the shaft in the center without a bearing holding it? I just can't tell if the rotor is sitting on the windings from these pictures?

To be honest, I don't know. I didn't even bother opening it up. I just boxed it and sent to Neumotor. I ordered a CC 2200Kv combo and I'm hoping to receive it by Friday next week.

Update. I received my repaired TeknoRC Neu last Tuesday. It took longer than expected because of the shipping error. The bearings were replaced and a rubber thingy(can't remember the name) was installed on the wires to prevent them chaffing.

Pics:

I will be installing it either on the Gmaxx or the revo conversion. I'm leaning more towards the Gmaxx.

And that was exactly what I did, buy a CC combo. I was able to run the CC Neu and so far everything was okay. Too bad today (Sunday) wasrained out. It was okay though since it enabled me to finish up my last research paper .

I like the grommets too, makes it look much more clean- better than a bit of extra heatshrink tube around the base of the wires.

Lito,

I'm heading to Japan next week and will be there until the 15th of April. I'll be in Tokyo, but don't mind heading to Yokosuka if you guys have some good tracks there.

The good tracks are at least about 3 hours from Yokosuka. The Futaba track in Chiba is nice but it's a pain to go there because of traffic. The track we built onbase needs some attention and I'm hoping people will show up this Saturday so we can fix it.

Let me know if want to visit the base here.
