Yeah, you adjust tension by shimming under the 4 screws holding down the front transfer shaft. Not very effective though because by the time you get the long belt right, the front is too tight. I'd rather see a simple spring-loaded idler riding on a bearing.
I was going to make one for it... I do need new belts, and the 2.5 and 3.3 use different pulleys and different belts too. I think my other belt is the wrong one (so is my luck). My front belt is just right with no shims, so I guess that I need a new center belt...

I may give the one I have a try...
