It says velineon ready. Does the velineon come in a smaller size or do they mean the 540 size?

What size battery does this thing take? I think it might be kinda cool, bt i want to see what the mini revo looks like first.
I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

New, smaller, waterproof vxl coming, I believe they're calling it a 380 motor.
I don't see that as a slash, like has been said, it's a mini e-revo with shorter arms. A mini e-slayer, yes. So weird they call it a slash - the suspension is completely not a slash.
At any rate, though, they're damned cool. I want a mini e-revo & a mini slash :)

ONLY $199 Plus HAT and DECAL.
OH SHIT! GOTTA BUY ONE NOW. I must have that HAT AND DECAL.
Isnt $199 more than a 1/10 Slash? Even if it is retail price... Way too much
EDIT: ehh 4wd vs. 2wd I guess; Wonder how the Diffs are gonna hold up...

Wow, so at least I will be able to tell the dorks by the hat...
I can only imagine that it will not handle alot of power. Nothing small does. Buy

I'd prefer the mini E-Revo, but that isn't too bad.
I'll wait a little longer to see if the mini Revo comes out and see how they do in the reviews. I have been waiting for these, I figured it'd be a nice little truck for when I go to Mammoth so I can run it in the snow. It seems like it would be capable and this way I'm not so worried about having my nice, uber expensive brushless trucks out there. Though, if Traxxas does make a waterproof mini Velineon...I might upgrade to that.

Also, for those complaining it costs more than the 1/10 Slash, it apparently comes with a battery and charger. That would account for the relatively high price.
I just checked my "sources" and the ETA is 4/30. It also includes what is listed as a "Brushless 1/16 E-Revo" under a separate part number close to the Mini Slash. I'll let you guys know when I find out more.
