A cheap trick to lock the tranny into 2nd is to glue or bolt the output to the dog shifter thingy inside the tranny. Easier option is to use a piece of fuel tube over the shifting rod (as it exits the tranny) and put a cross pin though it, to hold the shifting rod in place. Piece of piss as we Brits say.

Makes sense. I thought about doing something kinda like that.

Crazy Europeans(never heard the saying, funny tho)... Ya'll can keep Obama while he is over there too. J/K No place for politics especially on Mark's thread!
