Wow, the 8.5 looks crappy IMO. I've seen better hacked conversions made by drunken monkeys. That can't be serious.

The 9 looks better by far since things look like they were meant to be where they are - except the ESC; that looks like an afterthought. I do like the diff in the rear, but agree they must be either reducing the spur tooth count or lowering the chassis for rear diff alignment. If they made the ESC look like it actually belonged somewhere, it would be a winner IMO.

Edit: I like the chassis grooves on the bottom. Should make it a little sturdier and act as a skidplate for reduced drag when it does bottom out. And I agree with the top plate idea; I like the durability so I make my own. But, doesn't that reduce the wanted flex for handling?
