The bandsaw was 100 bucks, and the smaller drill press was about 125. The larger press in the back was a harbor freight special. Lots of power, but the bearings wore out fast... I guess I could change them, but it was a 60 dollar press...
I would recommend a bandsaw to anyone, I usually use it to cut plastic, but it will cut 1/8 al like butter. Better models are available, but it was a gift, and I have easily got my money out of it!!!
Spend some money on some tools Chris, you will not regret it!
