I love the way this car drifts, it is so smooth in everything, accel, brake, transitions, etc.
So far I have added the xray aluminum body shocks with 4 way adjustable pistons.
I will add the xray aluminum rear hubs, c-hubs, and steering knuckles in time. Also on order but not arrived yet is an led kit.

Very nice car, I'm considering this setup:
What motor/ESC are you using?
I want to run with NT1 guys, what setup do you think would be comparable? With only 2C Lipo, are you able to get it up to 60 mph? If not, what setup could?

thats a novak slyder system
looks good dickyt
how many more drift cars are you going to build this year?
haha thanks. Hopefully none, this one was unplanned, but when a 1/2 built xray kit with the rest of kit still in unopened packages falls into your lap for $150 it is hard to say no too.
this is the only one I have though. I gave the tc4 away as a gift and sold the tc5 to recoup the cash form the xray purchase and buy the xray hopups.
The esc\motor is a novak slyder 7.5. With the correct gearing it could get close to 60, bu the slyder has timing for drifting. The novak GTB system would be better suited for rubber or foam tire racing with timing set at the high end rather than the bottom end to induce easy wheel spin. I will never find out how fast this car goes though, it will live with hpi t-drifts on it as long as I own it, unless someone is nice enough to give me a Pro D :P and with the t-drift top speed is limited to about 10 mph, maybe 15 on a long drift.
