The KB 45 xl motors is more powerful than the 1515 sized motors, but not as efficient. The main issues with the kb45 motors are the 6mm shaft, and 30mm wide bolt spacing with m4 threads. Basically you end up making your own motor mount, and either turning the shaft down to 5mm or scaring up some 6mm bore pinions.

Great motors for the price, but they are more suited to custom builds or boats.

Ive heard the kb45 "L" series is comparable to the neu 1515's and the KB45 "XL" is comparable to the 1521. Just not as efficient.
