the CC 6800 is not a good motor for the vendetta, motor will run really hot. Dunno about the mount.

I would take the electronics back or sell them. Get a 1/10th sidewinder and a medusa 4200kv motor. It will run very cool and better then the mamba system you had.

The battery will fit, but you'll have to modify the battery space because it will be too tall. Everything else is right... Make sure to get the 28mm medusa if you get that.

If you go with 3s I would go around 4000-4500kv and if you go with 2s then go with 5000-8500... That is for insaine speeds. A 4000kv motor on 2s is fast. Look up some youtube vids....

And make sure to get the steel cvds! You want the ones that don't have the threaded shafts on them. You'll probably want ball diffs too, unless you shim the stock ones inside and out.

You will need to buy neu motors directly from castle creations, and medusa's from their own website (www.medusaproducts.com)

For the Neu... go with the 1105/2Y or 2.5Y. the 2Y is 5200kv, and the 2.5Y is 4000kv. I own both and run them in my detta buggy and ST respectively. And you don't really need to get rid of your sidewinder micro esc. It can handle both motors (that's what I use), but most go for the 1/10th sidewinder since it can handle more amps and is nearly the same price.

There's two sides to every schwartz, he got the up side and I got the down side.

should work fine. Micro Sidewinders can handle 35a continuous, and this motor is rated for 33a continuous. If you're worried about heat, you can also get a rc18t xps heatsink and slap it right on the micro sidewinder:
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJSU9&P=7

Of course the 1/10th sidewinder will run MUCH cooler (since it can handle 70a continuous and has a great heatsink built in). So it all really depends on what you're looking for. My micro sidewinder will reach up to 120*F after a really hard run in a detta st, and the 1/10th sidewinder only gets warm (~100*F) after a hard run in the detta st (with all other things held equal).
