Is the inner bore larger on 23mm hex wheels?

Is the inner bore any larger on 23mm wheels compared to 17mm wheels? Anybody able to give me a quick measurement of the innermost diameter on a 23mm wheel? TIA

Not sure what your asking for. The whole in the rim that goes onto the 23mm adapter is larger then the 17mm adapter. Not at home to take any measurements.

23mm is 17mm and a 17mm is 12mm
