Mike has been very busy with his day job and RC-Monster.com lately and doesn't check the forum every day. Your best bet to get a reply from him is to email him directly. If you're concerned about typing all of your questions out again, just email him and include a link to this forum thread.
Mike can also do some assembly for customers, so be sure to ask him about that as well.
