I agree. Go to radio shack and pick up a soldering iron and a few "learn to solder kits". They've got an AM radio, FM crystal radio, and a few others that will be very helpful for a beginner.
You gotta know how to solder, otherwise, someone you know is going to be annoyed anytime you need work done. |
