here are the pics.
1st pic shows the new removable front bell, spacing, m3 and m4 holes, and the massive bearing. 2nd shows the fin spacing and the set screw keying the front endbell 3rd shows the hex hardware, grommets, insulation, 13mm bearing, and according to my caliper a thick rear case aroung the endbell...

btw if this thing had solder tabs instead of wire i think i would have messed my pants
