Just looking at the pictures, I believe mods are possible.

I'm just waiting for them to be released.
Mods are always possible.

Thanks for the vid Patrick. Anyone who has the tiniest interest in heli's should join helifreak, it's a great forum.

That's some serious power on a huge heli!

The above pic said Q1 2009, now it's Q1 2010, one full year has passed.

Actually I am asking for the availability of the CC-Neu 2025 inrunner motor, been waiting for a while.

That video is amazing. After 6 months and hundreds of hours on the sim I can now hover in place tail in with a 450 heli and putt around a bit. Learning how to fly helis take a lot of dedication and research.
I definetly would like to see some Castle offerings in the outrunner department. Right now a castle motor for a 450 size heli would be nice and a couple of outrunners in the 35 x 30mm range for some nice 3d flying.

Did this outrunner line "project" fall off the back burner?

Kind of -- we decided the 34mm motors were not really a good fit.

We have a 52mm and a 45mm motor being released shortly (TRex 700 and TRex 600 applications)

After those, we are doing some smaller motors pretty soon...

Thanx!

Patrick

Those 700's are bada$$! Would hate to get hit by one that went out of control with a big outrunner powering it though.
