I would check all the connections, batteries, motors, esc. They may look fine visually but there could still be a problem. Had the same issues as you. Checked all the connections (several timed) every one of them looked and felt fine. I didn't get mine working until I replaced the bullet connector between the motor and esc. Worked great after that. Point being even if they look fine they could still be the problem. It saved me the month or two I would of been without and esc.
