Lipo's for a 1/16th slash? - 06.22.2009, 03:18 PM

I'm at work and can't find measurements for the battery compartment for the 1/16th e-revo & slash. Wanted to get some ordered today.

Anyone have the measurements handy, or can recommend some good 2s Lipos to fit?

I was thinking about these:

Thanks!

With hobbycity measurements add a couple mm's to each dimension because the measurements are rarely accurate and in most cases are the dimensions of the cell without wires and shrinkwrap.

Those Turnigy's may be a bit too tight of a fit... perhaps these Zippys...

Good to know, thanks! Think I'm ok with those Zippys?

Nooot exactly.
Those Turnigy's come with I think 10GA wires.
Way too beefy.
I'd put em down to 12-14GA, I'm pretty sure 10GA won't fit in the stock boxes.

How about the Zippys? Looks like they should fit by the measurements, but given the above, would I be ok?
