Short the three leads together and turn the shaft, (now it's a electricity generator)if it's still easy to get it spin, it's de-magged, send it in for rotor replacement.

that's what i did with my VXL motor after noticing that it practically free-spins when turned. surprisingly, it was only veeery slightly de-magged. now it runs as hot as my EZrun 3300kv motor.(i think the dent in the motor may have a role in that too)


They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.
