Either one is good. The hyper is a great truck, very tough (broke 1st real part, a arm, after a year of use this week) and priced very nice.

It drives very well, steers awesome but is pretty stout. Really depends on what kind of things you want the trug for. Serious racing, I may go w/ the Mugen, but some racing and some bashing the Hyper is hard to beat (esp w. such cheap parts compared to the Mugen.)

Trugs are simple to convert. One RCM mount, one batt box (bought or made) and you are done. Mount the elecs and let it rip.
