Is the 36 80 2000kv on back order

I ordered the Afterburner V2 36 80 2000kv on the 5th of june
and I still havent got it, when I go to order tracking it says its ördered
that doesnt sound like shipped to me.
I have e-mailed medusa twice havent got a response yet
any one had any luck getting an answer out of them

Rang Medusa yesterday morning 0030 my time and found they had got my paypal payment but the shopping cart had eaten the orderany way after 10 minutes it was all sorted and its on its way - Finally!

Moral of the story if you check your order in the site tracking and it says ordered maybe give them a ring just to make sure
