whine and winge forum? - 07.07.2009, 06:10 AM

i fell that this is what it is turning in to
every time i come on here there's a MMM wont do this, MMM wont do that bla bla bla...
it pushes away the question posts

maby we need a stickey for MMM factory issues so people can post there and keep the main forum body reserved for questions?
it just makes me sad seeing all the castle bashing going on when deep down i'm sure a lot of us like what castle offer us compared to some other company's...the PC programability revolution started here (i think)!!

yeah...so i reckon the mods might like to make a "whinge window" so to speak?
IMO of coarse.

But whining is so much fun, epsecially when its about something that is either A) uncontrollable (random failure) or B) as a result of bad setup that caused a catastrophic failure, yet the whiner blames Castle anyway because they said 'more than you can handle' on the spec list.

Thats why I tore into those ejits on the HPI baja forum about the FLUX that went into meltdown; they were talking about law suites because of an esc failure & it not living up to impossible expectations. People that dumb will always whine, the rest of us just have to listen to it then set them straight afterwards (whilst seeing how defensive they become, or whether they are willing to listen to reason).

Heh, I have waited for this, from country that is famous about their "stupid" law suites...

But i agree with shaunjohnson, you cant find what you are looking for because of these "it doesnt work, its melted", "how i set this up", "do i need pinion", "i need everything tell me what to buy", "is this any good" threads...
Sorry for that, but it seems people here doesnt know what "search" is and how to use it. I know that allways there is questions that are not answered, but why you have to make new thread if few threads down there is thread with same question.

Seems like most people are stupid, and that is good for the people that can cater to their stupidity. I like to think that I am friendly, and that stupid people will give me money because of that. Plus you do not have to lie to stupid people, just tell them half the truth! If they don't question you it is their fault, right!!!!

I will be teaching a seminar on "business ethics" later this week. Only 100 dollar entrance fee, and free juice! Plus a 100 dollar gift certificate to Circuit City, you can't loose!

'Circuit City' sounds like a fun place to be

i guess most of us started somewhere?
i begun on the traxxas forums but it is pretty aparent that a majority of em are pretty silly.

i'm still stupid cause i still ask questions...but i'd rather ask em here and get the facts then get the "i think" answer on the traxxas forums.

but it seems like the porthole from company forums and here has been opened so i reckon we might be in for the long haul

I shall stand guard over that porthole with my trusty rifle and a can of anti-noob verbal repellent. Yeah.

I know some of our legal cases are hysterical though, its the old compensation culture that ferments greed and a desire to screw eachother over in the hope of making a £ or two; 'no win, no fee' legal companies dont exactly help.

What made me laugh about the HPI thing was that they wanted to sue Castle/ HPI for their ignorance of proper setup; its an esc, they blow up sometimes, Jesus.....

i love how the chinese make these ESC's that boast 300A bursts...
they have...what? like 5 fets

EVEN the monster is only rated for 200A bursts (yes i know it can prolly pull more etc) but they dont even boast about that!!!

least i got through that porthole before it was too late and (hopefully) earned my can of anti-noob spray too

quote of the day "you can pay for all the seats in the house...but you're only gonna need the edge!!"
