RCM Bash 2009: Pre-Bash BBQ Planning

Added to the sticky, but I'll post up here as well.

I looked into campgrounds in the area per chris's request.
The closest one is Black Bear Campground in teh nearby town of Florida. Less than 15min to the track. Two night min rental for a cabin. No tents avail tho. Min would be $160 for two nights, but would hold upto 4 (cozy.)

There is also a KOA Campground in Newburgh . I would imagine this would be ~30min drive to track. Cabins are pricey, but tent sites are avail from $100 for two nights on up
